Ate at Padavan's last night. Their Chicken Picatta is delicious! My sister loved the bacon blue burger and my friend loved the salmon Definitely have to come back to try their pizza!
I made reservations for the soft opening on 4/12/24. This place has a completely new look and menu. It doesn't look like the same place at all. It really looks great inside. They have booths and tables. You also order pizza only when dining in the pinball room. Come see for yourself! Now, on to the food! The food was great. We ordered mussels to start with a couple cocktails. The Paloma, and Pink Cadillac was tasty! My son ordered a cheeseburger w/fries. The burger was huge! He said it was really good. I ordered the Padavan's pasta. It's loaded with shrimp, and spinach in an olive oil base. Comes with two pieces of charred garlic toast. My other son ordered the BBQ flat bread. He demolished it. I think that says enough. My husband ordered the chicken Pancetta ( I believe that is what it's called). He said he would order it again. The desserts!! So dang good! If you love rich desserts you're in for a surprise. The lava cake and cheesecake is a must! I warned you.
Unusual menu, but very good has a keto menu. Need to check it out small Game room . In New Town St.Charles Mo!
I have been wanting to try this place out for awhile since I am a HUGE pinball guy. My wife isn't a big pizza eater but she indulged me and agreed to go here. The restaurant is small, and doesn't have a lot of tables but that's not always a bad thing. The bartender, I wish I remembered his name was super busy yet super nice. It was Sunday so there were a lot of people watching football. My pizza was delicious, just enough cheese and toppings and the crust was very good as well. We ordered the fried green beans which were tasty as well. My wife ordered the burger which she said was good just a little greasy. Isn't that what makes a burger lol. Now to the important stuff, the pinball machines. The back room is filled with pinball machines. All types and ages , pretty much a pinball players dream. The only issue I had was that each game cost a dollar to play. I was thinking that it was free, or maybe a quarter but a dollar. Obviously my game play didn't last long but it was still enjoyable. My wife and I were taking after we left. We probably would have stayed a lot longer and drank more if the machines were cheaper. But honestly, that was our only semi negative point. If you want great pizza and pinball. This is the spot to try.
We came here for the pinball and was really happy with the lineup! They had a couple machines that had the insider pinball option to track all your bonuses, missions and scores on some of the games. The bar area was really nice and had huge TV's to watch your favorite game. We will have to come here and have some food because the food that was coming out of the kitchen was amazing!
